Vegan



Please take a moment to read these statistics for the better, If you not only want to make a difference in your over all health, you will always help save the planet by going vegan. I have watched multiple documentaries on Netflix like Cowspiracy and Forks over Knives. I have started to notice how much more energized I feel when I eat healthy, When you eat life and not death your body has more live enzymes in it and therefore making your body have much more energy. Everything in the universe is energy, we become what we eat, if you are eating low frequency, you slowly become the energy you are consuming.
I used to see my self as ugly and I had many problems of who I was as a person and when I started eating a plant based died I saw how much happier I was about who I am and also my energy levels changed drastically. I always used to take a nap when I got home from school but now I sleep less than 5 hours, this is not because I have sleeping problems but it is because I have so much energy that I do not need to sleep. People think we must have 8 hours of sleep to function properly but this is not true at all. By sleeping 3 less hours I feel like I get way more accomplished and more productive. In fact if you notice sucussful people tend to eat hea;ther because they know the tramendous bbenefits of eating health. HEALTH IS WEALTH.
I like to look at it like this: If you are putting low quality fuel in your car, you car over time will give you problems and break down easier and also not go as far but if you putting premium fuel in your car it will run smoothly and give you far less problems. Our bodies are exactly like cars, We are what we eat.
