Gratitude


Life becomes more meaningful when you realize the simple fact that you'll never get the same moment twice.
When you learn to show gratitude in your everyday life, this will bring so much more positive circumstances into your life. Living with an attitude of gratitude is the best thing to enjoy every aspect of your life.
Starting from the time you wake up, thank the universe you have a bed to sleep in and you have food in your refrigerator. This will make you appreciate even the small things in life.
A good way to start being more grateful is to have a gratitude journal, when you wake up write three things your grateful for in the morning and again when you go to bed. '
This is honestly the best solution I found for being happier in life, many times we look past everything and look at the bad in every situation and this brings negative energy to us.
Life is TOO short to be upset all the time, Recently My friend got in a car accident and was complaining about her car and this went on for two weeks, and I understand where she is coming from but this was releasing so much negativity into the universe and I told her to look at two positive sides of the car accident. The first and most important one was the fact that she is still alive and survived with a small injury and second was the fact that she still has a place to live and a place to sleep, think of the people around the world who do not have a car or house or very little food. At least she had more than what 75% of the world has. This was a big changing moment for her because in that moment she changed her perspective on life.
Every moment is a gift from God and to be alive and to have this human experience is the best thing to find gratitude for! :)
