Vegan Smoothie Recipe
This is my new favorite summer smoothie, It is a great detox and taste AMAZING! This can also be turned into a Acai bowl and top it with cocnut or granola all you have to do is add less juice, but when your in a rush in the morning this is great to have as a smoothie. The reason I love smoothies so much is because of the amount of energy they give me throughout the day. All the Live enzymes in the fruit makes your body feel energized and alive, this about it like this, have you ever ate a bowl of fresh fruit or had a freshly made smoothie and felt your energy levels were low? NO!!! This is because your body is filled with live enzymes which give us high vibrational energy straight from the earth without any processing. When we eat foods that are natural and have not been sent to a factory, our body naturally knows how to process this into the vital nutrients and energy we need, but when we have processed food, our body is not used to this biologically and will then store the processed food as fat. This is why you will never see a fat person who eats fruit and vegetables all day.
Ingredients:
1. Acai Mix (Mine is from Whole Foods)
2. Half a banana
3. half a mango
4. 1/3 cup raspberries
5. 1/2 cup pineapple
6. 1/2 cup strawberries
7. 1 cup orange juice
8. 1/2 teaspoon Maca Poweder
The reason I used Maca powder is for the health benefits,
