Vegan Mango snack

This is by far one of the things I crave most! If you haven't already guesses, it is Mango with Chili hot sauce and Cayenne pepper.
I always loved spicy food since I was little. I also love to eat this because Cayenne speeds up the metabolism which is great for loosing weight and also detoxifying the body.
This is also obviously vegan so if your trying out new vegan recipes, I definitely recommend this one because this helped me to cut my craving for meat when I was transitioning to vegan. It might sound weird but eating spicy foods help cut craving for sweets and also some meat products most of the time, this is because spicy cleans the taste buds on your tongue and it cuts the cravings for that food when you eat it again. try it yourself!  I always make myself this or Avocados with cayenne pepper and it is a great way to give your body nutrition and at the same time loosing weight, what more could you ask for?!
