All Organic homemade guacamole

I have really been into making my food lately, I'm starting to realize more how all the foods we eat have so many chemicals and pesticides and were consuming this on a daily basis. Preparing your own food not only helps you to start a healthier lifestyle but also makes you enjoy your food more when you take time to prepare it yourself. I noticed I enjoy eating healthier when I take time to make delicious recipes and lately i have been OBSESSED with avocados. I have been experimenting with guacamole and finally came to a decision that this is by far my favorite recipe. I wanted to share it and see if anyone else loves it as much as me.

Ingredients: 
  • 1/4 cup finely minced onion
  • 3 ripe avocados
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lime juice 
  • 1 large tomato diced, Bell pepper, onions
  • 1/4 cup cilantro 
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin and cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt, pepper (whatever spices you want)
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons minced jalapeño for extra flavor

(I also like to add hemp and chia seeds to add protein)
