Whatever you eat you are becoming

Staying healthy is one of the best ways to stay motivated in your life. If you are eating junk and left overs you will feel tired throughout your day, sluggish, depressed, sad, unmotivated to complete your tasks. This is because food is frequency, if you are eating foods without live enzymes and foods that are low frequency then you are not giving your body the proper nourishment it needs to function throughout the day. Eating foods with live enzymes help the digestive system and help you to feel energized and more lively. This is why foods with live enzymes go bad faster, because they are alive and have not been processed with toxins and pesticides. This is what also causes fat, your body does not know how to digest processed food so it gets stored as fat which eating this on a consistent basis will lead to obesity and tremendous weight gain. 
This smoothie is my favorite breakfast food!
It contains, One banana, Hemp seeds, kale, spinach, peanut butter,  coconut water and sometimes strawberries. 
This smoothie will keep you feeling energized throughout the day and will keep you at optimum health!
