Detox Smoothie

The #1 thing I have learned after changing my diet to a plant based diet is how I feel on A daily basis. Eat foods that give you energy, not foods that deplete your energy. The foods that people are eating on a daily basis are so toxic and have so many chemicals in them, no wonder why there is so much disease and sickness in this world. People don't even take the time to look at what they are drinking/ eating. I bet you didn't know red food coloring has flood from roaches and small insects because it makes the red color more vibrant. The worst part is the government allows food companies to not have to directly put that this is what is actually in the red coloring. This is just one example, If you can't pronounce the ingredients in your food, then chances are it's not good for you! (I will have another blog post about my complete thoughts on this subject)  
This detox smoothie makes me have so much energy throughout the day and it makes me feel awake and not have that tired feeling of wanting to take a nap. Foods that have live enzymes make you awake and give you the energy you need throughout the day. The more alkaline foods you are eating the better you will feel and also feel about yourself in general. 
Ingredients: Coconut water, 1 cup of Strawberries, half a cup of cherries, 1 cup of kale. 1 tablespoon of Spirulina ( read my other post about Spirulina and why it's the most nutrient food on the planet) 1 tablespoon of hemp seeds.
