Vegan Protein

People don't think Vegans get much protein in their diet, this is not true at all.  My favorite source of protein in hemp and Chia seeds, they are a complete source of protein and easy for putting on your salad, in smoothies, on pizza Etc.. Don't worry about not getting enough protein when going vegan because this should be the least of your worries... This chart has helped me ever since I turned vegan, I saved this in my phone so when I need to add more protein in my daily diet I turn to this picture. 
Eating processed meat is not at all a good source of protein, It has been linked that eating large quantities of meat is linked to cancer.. do your research.
