Vegan Breakfast

This has been my go-to breakfast for the spring, I love putting it in these Mason jars and taking it on the go, I love eating my breakfast in nature, I love to meditate in the mornings and take time to spend 30 minutes or more in nature while eating my breakfast. I always have fruit in the mornings and having it this way is without a doubt one of my favorites.
Here are the ingredients, its very simple: 
  1.  Dairy free Vanilla free yogurt (from Whole Foods)
  2.  Gluten Free Cranberry Granola (From Whole Foods)
  3.  Flax seeds 
  4. Strawberries
  5.  Blackberries
  6.  Blueberries
  7. Bananas
