Decided to take a pit-stop In Hoboken, Mainly to see Carlos Bakery lol. I watched Cake Boss all of my childhood and felt a need to finally go to the bakery and experience it myself. They had a selection of vegan cookies which made my day! Everything that I tried beyond exceeded my standards. If any of you used to watch Cake boss, you should defiantly go check out the actual bakery if you haven't already. But if you have already been to the original bakery, please let me know about your experience and also how you liked Hoboken. I am so happy I went at the time I did because the weather was absolutely beautiful!
